Your site is really cool! I would not get some of the 30 Rock references (especially the sports ones) if it wasn't for your site. I really liked this episode mostly because the references were made to an area of my expertise, reality television. I've observed some more when I saw this one:
The scene at 6:31 references "The Real Housewives of New York City," where many of the fights erupted from the women accusing each other of slander and denying it.
At 11:49, they reference the reality show "Millionaire Matchmaker."
At 12:52, they reference "The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills" with the psychics. One of the ladies, Camille, invited one to a dinner party she had, and that psychic, like the two on 30 Rock, smoked an electronic cigarette. You can't make this stuff up.
